Blue Collar HVAC went above and beyond my expectations! I contacted them late last night after my AC went out and they were quick to respond. They showed up the next day ready to come and assess the problem. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in less than an hour. I was blown away on how efficient and knowledgeable the staff are and they were truly a blessing in this Vegas summer heat. I received a couple bids for a new AC unit before choosing Blue Collar HVAC. I chose Steve because it’s a new business, even though that made me a little nervous, and he didnt act like a used car salesman. He explained the difference between the seers and emailed me some quotes that I could review in my own time without feeling pressured.  It took 2 days because his crew got called to another job and he pretty much installed it alone. It actually worked out better because I work from home and I didn’t have a bunch of people running around my house with just me there.  I even had to run my son to work both days and felt comfortable enough to leave Steve there alone to do his thing. He had to take off some of the molding around the entrance to the attic cuz the furnace didn’t fit and he hired angels protouch to come out and fix it.  My home office is right where the entrance to the attic is and while Jesus (i hope that’s his name,  I misplaced his business card) was fixing it we were chit-chatting the whole time he was there. Just a nice guy who I enjoyed talking to.  If I ever need paint or touch-ups in my house I know who to call for that too. But back to Blue Collar.  It was expensive but a new AC unit and furnace usually is and I chose a higher seer and also the Amana AC Steve offered had a really good warranty so I paid for my peace of mind. When it’s time to replace my downstairs unit, hopefully not for a long time,  I’ll be calling Steve again and I would recommend you do too.
